      My mom was a nurse for 18 years, and on a test she took (allowing her to work anywhere in the world) she discovered that the way you gain the most weight is not by fat, not by portion size, but how fast you eat!

      Start taking vinegar pills (600mg)--3/day for one week--reduce to 2/day after. Get yourself on a daily regimen --fruits, veggies, supplements (such as stress-tabs). The vinegar pills will win out to reduce your "craving". It worked for me and saved a lot of $ on doctors and so-called reducing plans. The dopc's don't like it--vinegar causes a reduction of cholesterol and blood pressure ( a money condition). Been on it since 1993---and feel great and don't need viagra (am 63).

        I don't think it's first, and the Asian countries America adopted it from such as Japan used it for decades before us. I don't think it's good for you, but no worse than eating so much. For me I'll stick to a salad, some grains, tofu/tempeh with some soy sauce, all organic, and with a jalepeno on the side. MMMMM perfecto. But I won't go nuts blaming MSG for my ill health.

                                                know this was a spoof, but seriously; there are people, a lot of people who actually think that this is true. That all obese people just eat too much.

                                                An very good example is if you search for "Fatty falls" in this site's searchbar. At the bottom of the comments there, you'll find what I'm talking about.

And I went to "Fatty falls" to see what you were talking about. All I can say is you were arguing with "bumhole" - his/her user name should say it all. Arguing with h/h is as pointless as a bowling bowl. His/her comments are not known for being "sensitive". Raed around.

                                              it is super unhealthy to stop eating. if you just nalance your calorie intake and how active you are then youll be ok. i wieghed like 135 then i didnt eat really big portions and also i played soccer like everyday and i have friends come over to play some sport. and instead of driving every where walk there. not only would that help on losing wieght but it will also slow down global warming.

                                              Good for you skoo! Keeping a balanced regimen is totally the way to go. Also, finding happiness in what you do for a living helps - since leaving my former job, I have lost almost 40 pounds. Who knew being happy came with such benefits! Good add.
